while i was doing this project I had MAJOR difficulties let me just start off by saying that . i thought this project was a great learning experience .this project was based on everything i learned this year and i was able to do this project with out wanting to rip off my hair by just gathering one topic's information and just typing it out . and i did that for ever single post i did . later words i had to the the 3 most difficult things for me the bibliography; glossary; and this the statement of process . this project was a probably one of my most greatest ones yet because ms sackstien had let Me pick what this project was going to be about . i had chosen "Dred Scott" because i think he mad history in a good way and it has a major impact. i would say i could of done better on this project if i wouldn't have lagged so much while doing this project . but this was a great learning experience "]

dear diary ;
I cant believe I'm doing this .My Court meeting is in a couple of days . Ihope the judge sees that blacks should be free instead of these white people treating us as they call us " their property ". My Friend who is a lawyer said i don't have that good of a chance of my case being herd ; and some one taking care of it . I hope the court bands slaves from here .Mabey and hopefully my master gets put in jail with the rest of his white little Friend's . they treat me different because I'm black . well im not going to give a speach . im goimg to take a rest and hopeto hear somthing good

[(judge takes on dread scotts case )]
judje Stephen G. Breyer had said that dread scot could of still been a slave under the 1850's law. The 1857 case was a claim by Scott a slave for Missouri who lived in IIlinios . he lived in illinos to be free since missouri wasnt a slave free place . but hiding wasnt the answer to freedom . scotts owner son had found him and purchased him but he had let scott and his wife free.

obituary
dread Scott plays a life roll at creating history . many people who know what and why dread Scott is famous . if you don't know why red Scott is famous and a major part of history well here it is .
Dread Scott and his wife Harriet filed for suit for there freedom in st. Louis circuit court . this suit was n eleven year legal fight that i think has ended in U.S supreme court . people were saying that this case was a land mark decision that people want dread Scott to remain a slave . dread Scott stayed on Illinois to be a free slave . later one years past and dread Scott's owners son bought dread and his wife and set theme free . sadly nine years later he died . dread Scott was the first African American to make history and fights for his freedom. he died a good man ; good will . untill this day people will NEVER forget him.
